Free Shipping | All orders over $75 qualify for free ground shipping anywhere within the Continental USA. Free ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
Prompt Shipping | Most orders are shipped within one business day of when we receive them.
Orders to the USA | Shipping is by UPS or US Postal Service. We select the service in order to get your order to you in the quickest, most efficient way.
Oversized Items | Rush shipping is not available on luggage and other bags 28" tall and larger.
Overseas Orders| We are not able to ship orders to addresses outside the United States and its territories.
Out of Stock Items | Occasionally an item is out-of-stock. If that happens, we will let you know. Out-of-stock items will be backordered and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 7-10 days. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is available to ship.
For orders totaling less than $50.00, and on orders where less than half the total value is in stock, the order will be held until backordered items are available to ship. If, after 60 days, the item has still not arrived, your backorder will be canceled.
Returns and Exchange
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us (unused) within 3 months of your original purchase date. Send it to the address below with a copy of your receipt, and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the products.
If you would like to exchange your item for another product we carry, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order at this website.
If after using a product you find it to be defective, please contact us for information on how to proceed.
